After the texturing machine is arranged and put into production and use, the production management personnel must further inspect and adjust the machine. Subsequently, the process conditions are filled according to the specifications of the POY and raw products provided, until the whole machine is stable, and qualified products are continuously produced.
The causes of defects, uneven dyeing and other unqualified yarns in polyester low-stretch yarns are not only closely related to the quality of the raw material POY and processing conditions, but also related to the integrity of the equipment. For this reason, after the equipment is installed and the empty car is commissioned, components such as the false twist deformation mechanism, heater or thread guide must be adjusted one by one. During normal production, these components should be checked at any time, adjusted or improved, and this work is usually called spindle position management.
1. Adjustment of friction false twist deformation mechanism
The speed of the friction disc must be measured with a flash tachometer frequently. If an abnormality is found, check the following reasons.
1 The position and inclination of the drive belt: If the drive belt is not positioned properly and runs on the side of the belt pulley, the edge of the drive belt will be worn, which will not only shorten the life of the belt and the belt pulley, but also cause uneven rotation of the spindle group. If the surface of the transmission belt is inclined, the transmission wheel of the friction spindle group will slip, causing its speed to drop.
2 The tension of the transmission belt: If the tension of the transmission belt is low, the speed of the friction spindle group will decrease,resulting in uneven curling of the textured yarn and abnormal dyeing. However, if the tension is too large, it will accelerate the wear of the transmission belt and transmission components. Therefore, the drive belt must maintain proper tension. Generally, the tension of the tension wheel is based on 1m on both sides of the transmission belt, and the elongation is about 1.8%. In continuous operation, the transmission belt will be stretched, so it is necessary to check regularly and find that the transmission belt is loose and the tension must be adjusted.
3 Whether there are scars on the transmission dragon belt: The scars on the transmission dragon are the cause of uneven rotation speed of the spindle group and damage to the belt pulley. If the situation is serious, it should be replaced in time.
4 Frictional deformation mechanism: Remove the waste wire, debris, snowflakes and dirt on the spindle group in time to keep the frictional deformation mechanism clean.
5 Check the friction plate: check whether there are scars and surface peeling on the surface of the friction plate.
6 Check the timing belt: check the tension of the toothed belt, if the tension is too large or too small, the belt should be adjusted or replaced in time.
Two inspection and adjustment of the hot box
The hot box is composed of three parts: hot plate, temperature control, and temperature display. First, check whether its function is in good condition. The main points of regular debugging are as follows.
1. Ensure the cleanliness of the hot plate: Because POY oil and wool often contaminate the hot plate, which reduces the thermal efficiency,regular cleaning work is required.
2 Hot box temperature check: use the scanning temperature display to check the hot box temperature one by one. When using the texturing machine for the first time, use a surface thermometer to measure the plate surface temperature of the hot box point by point. The temperature deviation of the first hot box is not more than ±1℃, and the temperature deviation of the second hot box is not more than ±2℃.
Debugging of three roller parts
1 Installation: In the texturing machine, the feeding roller and the output (second) roller are the most important. Generally, there are two
types of rollers: apron type and top roller type. When installing, the shafts of the upper and lower rollers must be kept completely parallel.
Otherwise, due to poor grip, uneven curling, uneven dyeing, and broken ends will occur.
2 Contact pressure: When the contact pressure between a pair of rollers is low, it will cause insufficient holding power. When the false twist tension changes greatly and the contact pressure is too high, it will aggravate the wear between the rubbers and shorten the life of the top roller or apron. The pressure of the adjusting spring is usually used to adjust the contact pressure.
3 Deal with worn rollers and prevent pollution: Since the upper roller is driven by contact and rotation with the metal lower roller, as the use time increases, part of the rubber is worn away, and groove marks will appear on the rubber surface. As a result of the poor grip of the thread, the thread will form defects. Therefore, the rubber surface should be regularly ground, and the upper roller that is worn or formed with grooves during operation should be replaced in time. After the roller has been ground several times, the diameter becomes smaller and the contact pressure needs to be readjusted. Rubber aprons cannot be ground and should be replaced regularly. If dirt such as oil or monomer adheres to the rubber, it can be wiped off with alcohol.
4 Removal of waste wire: If the shaft of the top roller or apron roller continues to run after the waste wire is wound on the shaft, it will not only cause poor rotation, but also cause local heating of the shaft and damage the bearing. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the waste wire in time.
Four adjustment of the thread guide
There are many types of thread guides. Generally, titanium, ceramic and metal thread guides with texture are used. If the thread guide is installed inconsistently, it will cause differences in the running angle, vibration, and balloon state of the thread. In addition to good wear resistance, low friction resistance, and corrosion resistance, the wire guide should be easy to guide the wire, the silk path does not move, and the size and shape are suitable for the control of the silk path. Choosing the right thread guide is a prerequisite for normal processing.
1 Pre-tension device: In order to make the pre-tension of the wire drawn from the yarn supply drum consistent, the pre-tension device needs to
be adjusted. If it is not adjusted properly, the state of wire feeding on the feeding roller will be unstable, or the wire will be wound on the feeding roller, or the thread cutter will operate incorrectly, causing end breakage. The pre-tension device mostly adopts the guide wire rod type, and generally the position of the guide wire rod can be adjusted to achieve different pre-tension.
2 yarn guide: the position of the yarn guide above and below the hot box affects the curling, dyeability, elasticity, elongation and other properties of the textured yarn. This is due to the movement of the yarn guide, which is equivalent to adjusting the position of the wire in the heater , The contact length and contact form between the heater and the wire are changed.
If the position of the thread guides on the top and bottom of the friction spindle group is not adjusted well, it will cause wool and breakage,so it must be adjusted carefully.
The adjustment of the traverse guide should not only make it evenly reciprocate from the center of the winding bobbin to the left and right, but also not contact the winding roller and the winding bobbin. When the adjustment is not good, it will happen that the wool or the thread cannot be wound on the take-up bobbin.
When the thread guide is in contact with the thread, it will continue to adhere to the oil, monomer, polymer powder, etc., which often causes abrasion and scars. When there are attachments, wipe them off with a cloth, etc.; when there are abrasion marks, grind or replace them to prevent hair or weak threads.
